Pundit what do you think of Kanjama request? What do IT professionals want to do in scrutiny? Orengo wanted to oppose but Koome says they will consider the matter of whether IT professionals as amicus needs to be in the scrutiny.

They wanted to become observers - and file their report in the scrutiny. But I think it was rejected. Their report that they had filled will all do for now. The scrutiny will be done by petitioners working with IEBC and I guess observed by respondences.

1) Retallying and recounting is out. Raila dreams of being made PORK by SCORK is dead on arrival. Only 15 ballot boxes to be recounted - 2013 - I think 21 ballots were.
2) That means the only reliefs left is valid or invalid
3) If invalid - how to deal with dysfunction in IEBC - will SCORK issue advisory on how to resolve the crisis in 60 days?

Azimio cognizant of timelines only put in prayers for those. You make it sound like 46,229 ballot boxes were requested and only granted was 15 boxes. Shindwe!

Look like the orders came from Kirika/Youth Advocacy petition. The ballot boxes are in Kericho, Nandi, Nyandarua and Mombasa.

Not Azimio. But petitioner Peter Kirika. Azimio sought 24 reliefs - one which wanted retallyin and recounting to make Raila PORK. That is dead on arrival. It cant be done.
