High court has already ruled that lots of billions were paid out illegally. We need the former AG, Matiangi and Prof Kipsang out in court defending themselves. That is litmus test for Uhuru. Kibaki had his moment when Kiraitu & Murungaru were fingered - with - Mwiraria - in Angloleasing - and he failed.

Of course you are wrong about Ruaka - court ruled MoE was mislead by NLC. The culprit is Swazuri - already soiled hands - Matiang'i is free as a bird.
