The odds are against him , Ruto regime ended technically after Genz stormed parliament . He is surving through Raila and prospects have not improved , they are becoming worse and worse …….
Even Raila feared signing a coalition agreement with him opting for MOU which still has not changed anything
Its getting worse and worse now he is being tricked in changing the constituion.
 

Ruto though constantly blundering still has too much time on his clock almost 3 years in politics is like a millennium,.dont rule him out yet several scenarios will play out before 2027.
