Too early there will be more going on, 2027 is still far from being decided worse scenario RiggyG will Lead Kikuyus to opposition at this rate Kikuyus have become emotional too much, there will be a split in voting if this continues, Uhuru with one side,RiggyG other and Merus on the other

GEMA IS SELF DESTRUCTING COURTESY OF UHURU AND RIGGYG

The dough, aka the bag, is what wins elections 80% of the time in Kenya, followed by tribal alignment and realignment. 2002 was the only time the bag failed to win votes. Moi had the bag in 1992 and 1997, Kibaki had the bag in 2007, and Uhuru had bags in 2012 and 2017. Ruto and Raila had  almost equal bags in 2022; that is why it was a nail biter!. Ruto now has 10x bags in 2024, and by 2027, I suspect he will have 100x bags! To mount a successful campaign against him, the opposition will need at least 2 trillion shillings, a lot of prayers, and proper tribal alignment and realignment!

I think 2027 is still far to analyze, but what you can't discount is Ruto's deepest pockets. Kenyattas and Moi can only dream to match him financially!

Yes money+Incumbency can easily make up for any lost kikuyu vote;
He doesnt need ODM for a narrow 50% win like 2022.
Incumbency is almost 10% of the national vote.

2027 is another 2002.  Pundit and RV Heavy hitter are totally wrong on this one.  Can't you see the signs? Politicians across the country can't even campaign. They are being booed. The only place with idiots still left is the coast province otherwise, it's a wrap for ruto.

This election will not be about spending money or tribe. The economy has collapsed and people are saying they are back to Moi days of having no money.

Where in the country will ruto be able to campaign without being booed? This is why he is back to abductions and murders (these are the signs of a desperate african despot)

Ruto and his kalenjin cohorts are desperate. They thought they had things in the bag but the ground has shifted. Their only hope is to rig but like I said, Kenyans are on it just like they were onto the Adani scams & were eventually proven right.

Ruto keeps underestimating the awareness levels in the country.

So far, the only thing his hard work has done is create disaster after disaster after disaster. I can't see where his votes will come from at this point. You'll have to adjust your MOAS to reflect the new kenya.

If elections were held today.
Ruto definitely has done heavy painful reforms
He would struggle.
He has 3yrs.
I dont see any pain going forward.
I see harvesting.

Ruto has completely all the reforms and manifesto legal framework.

Okay. We shall see.  The proof will be in the pudding and if you are right, I will come back here and congratulate you. Many though are saying that the judiciary and all institutions have been captured by the president and are no longer independent and are also all totally corrupt.

It is not simple to change Kenya. Oligarchs, foreign and domestic, over the years had put cataracts all over the government to stifle Kenya for decades. I know the President has tried to digitize and remove much built-in corruption, but very hard "Ngumu" because even the people he nominates or government employees are easily bribed by syndicates of cartels to maintain the status quo where their'systems' are in place. You'd think issuing government documents is a simple task, but there are always hundreds of people actively undermining it. Even Kindiki going to camp at the passport-issuing place could not disperse the cartels! A major problem in fighting corruption remains Kenyans employed by the government at all levels. Top to bottom!
