I hope the man will live to regret his one sided ethnical appointments. Everyday his appointees mainly are named from his backyard. Even the Taitas of this world are Kenyan citizens.

I had actually hoped at last someone not from RV gets a top post but to my dissapointment the name Chelule is not from the coast as his surname is actually Langat.

He has been serving in an acting capacity as the Board CEO before his appointment.

This is an already failed administration, so far the worst in Kenyan history. If elections were held today, Ruto would be removed from power and matope thrown his way like Moi. Kikuyus have even told Gachagua and Ichungwa to shut the fuck the up. If they survive until 2027, they will get the most lopsided beating ever witnessed in Kenya.

Let Ruto continue like this and he like Kibaki in 2003 did not know what was coming.

Btw, Ruto had only 200K more votes than the disorganised Raila campaign. To date he has not been able to win more voters to his side with his performance so far. The feel good effect is gone and if he does not change tact, he will be surprised by the hostility in traditional opposition areas and the apathy that will follow in Mt Kenya and RV.

Ruto will have it tougher than it was in the last poll. The fact that Raila won't contest is a good pull factor for opposition folks to hang around him. Mind you Raila is dangerous when playing attacking midfielder/kingmaker role. Ask KibaKi in 2005 and Moi in 2002. Don't rule out Uhuru Kenyatta. He brought nearly 820k mt. kenya votes to Raila's basket. Something that was unimaginable before.

My take. Pair Kalonzo-Oparanya, throw something to Matiangi in Kisii, Joho at the coast, Oledima, Jeremiah,  and of course Karua can be promised speaker of either house. Then you have a MUD FIGHT.

Raila himself I predict will rather sell Luos to Ruto than hand them over to Kalonzo. That one is one selfish politician.

He will decide 1) Give Kalonzo Luo support for free - Kalonzo remembered was paid 5B by Kenyatta and Gideon for Kambas
2) Sell Luos to Ruto for 10B KES.

By 2027 - likes of Joho and Kenyattas - will be battling bankruptcy - heck nobody will be able to finance Azimio campaigns.
