I saw Matiangi bloggers already peddling the narrative that the loss o Mt Kenya constituencies and CDF funds is because of Ruto. He is neutralizing that narrative and informing Kenyans where the real poison in BBI was.

Last I checked the Constituencies are still there . It will be an uphill task to scrap any Constituencies. Thats a bomb no one would want to touch.

My friend Ruto can sell you to your mother. I think you're like Robina new in politics. Ruto knows how to play propaganda at all levels. If you were not new to politics - you will not dare compare Ruto with small boys on their 1st term in siasa. Ruto was doing what those guys are doing now in 1992. I bet all the talking points and attack strategy are coming from WSR.

what I know is Ruto sanctions the narrative and i dividual politicians come up with the stories and what to say. Where creativity comes in.
They also have a Whatsup group where they discuss the talking points. Many a times Ruto has had to come in and request them to change some things like the agenda against Huduma Number ane the attack on Uhurus imediate family.

On BBI fiasco, Ruto is in fact not engaging in propaganda. He does not have to.

Ruto and Team Hustler are simply reading BBI Post Mortem findings, specifically that BBI died a stillbirth because of THE ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM - trying to PIGGYBACK Raila to Statehouse on other otherwise good ideas.
