Yes. And Raila BBI proper or BBI-in-100 days strings all those people easily. Using hybrid - they get to sneak in as MP, remain kingpin as CS or whatever. Ruto has nothing - so at most Kingi or Nanok have ZERO MOTIVATION - to actively back Ruto. What for? A super-ambitious featherweight like Mutua has no reason at all to back Ruto. Notice how Savula or Chris Wamalwa will fight tooth & nail with something real to gain. Wa Iria sees nothing in Ruto or UDA.

Sakaja unless Uhuru help him - has very small hope of landing Nairobi governor. Because even as Handshake lineup take shape - Mdvd-Weta will be given carte blanche in Western. Nairobi iko wenyewe. Ruto therefore has cut a deal with Ntutus who are paramount chiefs of Purko for them to go for governorship with backing of Kalenjin - and deny Raila's Maasai Purko votes.

So yes of course Nanok, Kingi, Joho, Oparanya, Ongwae,mvury,ojaamong - are some of exiting governors from small tribes that can influence 1-2 percent of the national vote - and they should expect to similarly get 2-3 percent of the power - they at best can bring half the county they currently run.

Malala will wipe the floor with Khalwale. There will be small fight in ANC primaries - but I don't think even incorrigible Savula stands a chance against Malala.

BBI has a good chance of resurrection. Ruto worst nightmare. Plan B is BBI-in-100 days ala NARC new katiba - expect same lineup of NASA plus Uhuru poodle. Plan C is katikati ticket toshwad by Raila-Uhuru.

Ruto is in plan B after Uhuru betrayal. If Uhuru manage to slice off huge Gema block - you might need plan C - looks very likely.

Savula has money. Malala has big mouth. Khawale has big mouth and Ruto money - and he comes from Central kakamega. And Oparanya is backing his deputy. So Kakamega is anybody for taking. ANC candidate will have headstart - and I dont know how maDVD will resolve Malala/Sivula battle - if he manages - the ANC could get at least one governor considering ODM's Bunyore have Vihiga and may still retain it.
