My prayer is that somebody goes to court again  to seek orders that Matiangi personally foot the bill. The state or taxpayers can't pay for illegalities committed by mandarins.

There are 2 to 3 precedents on this matter first at the high court and confirmed by the court of appeal. I think the demand to show the mandarin knew their acts were unlawful but ignored is easy to prove in Matiangi case.
