He really has no power to refuse rejection of the six - and therefore continues to be in defiance of the law.

I guess next he will try to assassinate them or hound them out of the country.

He has soiled the reputation of those he appointed especially to COA - because it appears they are friendly to executives. I hope they don't force brilliant judges like Prof Ngugi to flee back to diaspora.

As for Odunga and the rest - they are harderned.Odunga is as crazy stubborn jaluo jeuri as they come. He will next hit Uhuru so hard - I won't be suprised if he send entire BBI bill to him in the future.

TRASH -The Ministry of Interior, however, declared that the letter was fake.

And even if they are true - Uhuru should have long forwarded the latter and accusation to JSC so it can form a tribunal.

Judges should have the HIGHEST levels of integrity possible. It way everyone with any dirt is free to walk to JSC and file a petition any day - and for JSC to form a tribunal. Now he has majority in JSC (no LSK rep) - let him present the evidence so an investigation can begin pronto.

Uhuru fool sitting on evidence - and instead of sending it to JSC to form a tribunal to investigate them -is yet another irresponsibility from MLEVI

It's just a tantrum because Ngugi, Odunga and Korir have previously dealt with one or more of the suits. They would've recused themselves. Ngugi or Odunga can't seat on an appeal against their own judgment. It's just cheap vendetta

If Luhya back Uhuru rigging machine - the epicenter will most likely be in Nandi-Uasin-Gishu-Transzoia - where I estimate a million Luhyas live amongst Kalenjin - if I was living especially in the middle of Nandi - I would move before 22nd August. It won't be safe.If Kikuyus back Uhuru rigging machine - Kalenjin war machine will go for them - coz like Luhyas above - they are the easy targets.

The next epicenter will be as usual kipisgis against Gusii, Luos and maybe Kikuyu - all this depending on who is Pro gov or not.

It will start like 2007. People will peacefully demonstrate. Matiangi will sent police to shot people. Kalenjin warriors will attack civilian minorities living among them. The police will be overwhelmed as they become humanitarian agencies....each police station will have to handle thousands of people - and Matiangi/Uhuru will be calling for reinforcement from Mungiki and Chinkoro.

Uhuru will bring reinforcement - but soon they will also get overwhelmed  - and before you know - Uhuru will hand over to Gen Badi - and a Somali will run kenya
