MaDVD meats Karua and PK. I think for WRS - he'd like to pump up Mudavadi to take off the pressure from himself. Ruto is being sacrificed because all the candidates have ganged up against him. So it best for now to pump maDVD and then later dropped him dead when Uhuru become lame-duck.

As for maDVD - he needs to win Wetangula - before he is taken seriously - because Oparanya and Atwoli are going to play ODM side.

Ultimately no luhya candidate is going anywhere because of disunity.

Actually MPs from Western including Trans Nzoia are 43. In Trans Nzoia we have 4 Luhya MPs the other two are Kalenjins, only F. Wanyonyi and Caleb Amisi attended. In Bungoma we have 10Mps with one from Mt Elgon being a Sabaot, only Eseli Simiyu and Wafula Wamunyinyi attended Atwoli meeting. In Vihiga we have 6 MPs, non attended the meeting. In Kakamega we have 13 MPs only three attended - Elsie Muhanda, Justus Kizito and Emmanuel Wangwe. In Busia we have 8 MPs I saw there None. In total only 7/43 MPs attended. Only Governors Oparanya, Ojamoong and Wangamati all facing corruption allegations attended. We have 6 elected Senators only Malala(a Luo) attended. The others are nominated and the one present Lokorio Petronila Were represents Nairobi. Someone want's to con Uhuru Kenyatta that he has the support of all Luhya leaders

He now sees that fighting BBI-2 and the referendum may be a lost cause. In fact, he sees BBI-2 as the best route for him to get back at Uhuru and Raila! To make sure that they are a potent force and have momentum, their thinking is for Ruto not to go for President but rather TOSHA Lazy Mudavadi and he goes for Executive PM (where he will be in charge of running government and continuing with the thievery of Jubilee 1.0).  Wetangula will join that constellation to lock the Luhya vote (a 'la Wamalwa Kijana) extending from Kakamega going all the way to Bungoma & Trans Nzoia (in which the Bukusu form 50% of the entire Luhya vote). The idea is to lock/barrel the Luhya vote under this formation on the premise that they will see themselves as being in power!

Point of NOTE even if we get to a change of the constitution, Uhuru will not be in the next government. He will neither be Exec. Prime Minister now any member of the new government. The insinuation that he wishes to extend his rule is simply conjecture because he is involved in crafting the current configuration set to re-set the way we are governed. Uhuru has no interest whatsoever of staying a day longer than when his second term is over!

Bill Ruto will finance the alliance that will be formed/fronted with Mudavadi.... several names floated (Democratic Alliance / People's Alliance). This is a no brainer for him, he has a war chest already stashed up for 20222 and after all he will get back his money within 1st few months in office as Exec. PM from deals...., deals...., deals.... and open stealing as is his practice!

Quite honestly, I see it a a potent force that can get significant numbers and traction; indeed it could well be a winning outfit. It is to be feared and must not be allowed to come to light!

Meantime we wait to see who Raila lines up with from the fall-out of Jubilee given that Uhuru won't be in play as seeking any office.

Also watch out for a formation fronted by Mukhisa Kituyi, teaming up with Martha Karua and other like minded.... this may eventually fold into backing one of the 2 main horses (read ODM/Jubilee Kieleweke) like Charity Ngilu (NAK), Wamalwa Kijana (Ford K) and Kibaki (DP) formation that formed Narc with Raila LDP Tosha.
