Let me help you on Kalenjin part.

Kalenjin follow strict clan based non-endagomous marriage. MARRIAGE. Sex is free for all. There was no debate about sex. Marriage gave you family and kids.

It was indeed..put a spear...at the door..maasai style and get done with it. Most african walked naked. Boobs all out, and pure nakedness in south sudan and most nilotes. Nobody really gave sex much thought. it was just a body function like relieving yourself. It was not an industry. I don't know the history of them STDs in Africa, though I find it dubious that they did not exist before mzungu came.  It's more likely they just did not know that they were STDs.
