Not enough. Who are those people in the diaspora and how were they selected?
Kenyan embassies are loosy places. Very rude and disengaged embassy staff. Try make a call to an embassy and no one picks the calls. Write email, no reply. If we cannot have such basic services, why even talk of engaging people in complicated matters?
