Obviously Kivutha "basic structure" case was nuisance value - like most other cases. Like that Tana River case - BBI needs 24 counties and has about 20 buffer. In the end it is very hard to block popular initiative because 4M+ Kenyans already signed up and that shows BBI popularity.

Yes my legal record is 100 times better than yours because you don't even know law 101. You're just supporting anything Raila does. Parliament fate is not yet decided. I think the only thing you think you won was governors suspension - which has reduced governors into District Commissioners. It remain the biggest threat to devolution - handing over governors to whips of DCI/EACC - and reducing the office to zero security of tenure.

You remind me Kalenjin famous war tactics that always ensare their enemy. It called pulling back - send small boys to attack the enemy - and then let the small boys run for dear life with enemy in hot pursuit - and by the time - they realize they are all dead .
