If the Acting CJ wasn't aware of the swearing of Anne Kanunu who then authorised the judge who conducted the swearing in ceremony? Did the judge satisfy himself that the acting CJ authorised the ceremony he conducted? Do we now have PRO and ANTI-handshake JUDGES in the judiciary?

SC, I have always held Judge Mrima in very high regard and defended him as a man of integrity. I am shocked by his decision especially because it is indefensible. It violates all the rules of interpretation including logic. I fear for our judiciary

What is the name of that judge who was on standby to defile the constitution by hurriedly swearing in a deputy governor whose nomination was already withdrawn?
