Someone shut Githu up ....
« on: October 07, 2014, 12:26:18 PM »
guy sounds like he is dressing down some junior officers at sheria house

had though he will learn from a string of  previous defeats

his trash talk just adding to disdain of the presiding judges

i think this is why they don't allow proceedings of kenyan courts to be shown live... it is to cover up on the incompetence of kenyan lawyers and judges and not to protect witnesses

kamwana has decided that the mortician, whose legal opinion supersedes that of a mere High court judge in Kenya, is the still the best man for the job.

I do not understand why Githu cannot just make a strong legal argument without trying to put other people down.  This is not parliament.  Judges want to be informed, persuaded, convinced and provideded with the arguments that they need to rule for you. They do not like it when you waste their time trying to trash talk the other side because they cannot use that kind of material in their ruling.

He is addressing the Kikuyu Intelligentsia. It is they who will praise him for "laying the law down for the Judges" and "reading the riot act" to Bensouda. Njamlik will be praising him for that in no time. By the time Buffoons at home take to Nyooba TV stations, you would think Githu is the Principal teacher speaking down to new intake first grader Judges!
