BBI is headed to the dustbin..all we need is the court to order multiple question referenda..and we can vote one issue without being forced to take what we don't want. Don't make it sound like BBI has passed. BADO.

I hope we have referenda with election every 5yrs on seperate issues like modern democracy.

This will be baby step towards issue-based politics.

Kalonzo soon clocking 70 knows he almost retiring- BBI offer him VP or some hope - it pure self- interest not any principles. Of course there  will be no consensus.

With URP areas so badly shortchanged in new seats and revenues - Ruto has no wiggle room to sneak to Yes. Maraga No to Ombudsman further seal Ruto fate. Some of URP like Pokot and Borana will go for 35% shingo upande - leaving Ruto with 14% Kalenjin. Know when you are beaten.

Not everything should be looked in such a narrow prism. The constitution will apply to all kenyans. The winners and losers like in 2010 will suprise you. Kalenjin lost the referendum and 2yrs later - Raila was in OKOA kenya - while Kalenjin elites were enjoying 50% looting spree.

Okay - let see - Ruto will not sell unpopular things in BBI - but will sell what people want. That is good position to be in. He doesn't have to defend the indefensible. The same way he is going to 2022 while inside and outside gov. Just like 2013. He can pick what to claim to be his own in Jubilee and he can distance himself from any failures.

Moronic example - Ruto doesn't oppose those PM (at least publicly) - but has issues with women nominated mps and ombusdman - he won't oppose 35% however impractical.

For it to happen in 2022 - it has to go through judiciary is view - and with Ombusdman - I don't see how it can pass there. Judges will erect roadblocks on it's way....if simple Huduma number has taken 3yrs - just for privacy concerns - pray for BBI.

First let resolve the question of this parliament that Judiciary has declared illegal.... and also the 100 laws that Judiciary has declared illegal....that need to be taken to senate and passed again..in nine months.
