Ngujiri tried but wapi shouted down in his own constituency, Ruto even plain told him he won't be reelected to cheers from wananchi. After that failure they had to send someone to try a Baba moment but also failed. Robina and co are still waiting for millions of GEMA votes :D

The silent majority will have their way. All the Wambugus and Raila are depending on Uhuru; if Uhuru turns around; they will be left holding an empty bag.

Ngunjiri Wambugu is past tense . Uhuru handlers have miscalculated big time.  Mt  Kenya elected Uhuru only for the hate of Raila. Now they have seen the only Railas viable opponent to be Ruto hence the enormous support .

As the DP was about to conclude his remarks, he acknowledged his critics' presence, waved at him and appeared to have wanted to allow Wambugu a chance to address the crowd.

However, the crowd jeered and booed in apparent disapproval of the area MP who is a loyal supporter of President Uhuru Kenyatta.

Upon realising the constant heckling from the crowd, Ruto diverted his agenda and shifted to speak more on the unity of Kenyans. He advocated for the politics of bringing Kenyans together through the hustler narrative.

Kikuyu revolution will bury many. Next election results will be interesting. I expect five boda boda mps from there. The leaders and the laity are in total variance....and unless they somehow meet...this will be like Kalenjin revolt against Moi and anything Moi.

Someone like Kuttuny was elected directly from grass thatched house to Mp :) - but now he is screwing Robina's Jezebel Nacy Gitau.

And Uhuru acknowledged that he is too old now (can barely stay sober) he did 2 stopovers Kisumu and Nyeri  then dissapered from the radar.
They will not be able to keep up with Ruto always on the move. Reminds of Moi back then  I rwmember seeing him a minimum of 3 times a year with his golden watch and rungu. I think pombe ni mbaya from both Kenyattas and Kibaki  they prefer staying indoors instead of touring the country.

One thing with GEMA since time memorial, its not the leaders who give direction but the populance .
Remember Kuria Kanyigi back then in 97 when he shifted parties three times during his quest for Limuru seat , but his association with KANU /MOI during his defections lead to a defeat.

I doubt they have been at such variance like now..post kenyatta. Obviously Kenyatta was such a hero for kikuyus it was not possible to oppose him.
But the 90s-till now - 2013 - there has been robust debate.
Then Uhuru came and basically crushed any dissenting voice.
He was popular - reminded GEMA people of Jomo - and people thought he had their best interest.
Then BBI/Handshake/Ruto fallout - and the schism is now as wide as the great rift valley.
So wide - Uhuru was shown worst madharu I have seen on president...at least people come to look at the motorcade, outriders and all that.
But nyeri visit was pretty shocking - not even shop keepers bothered - not even the kids.
The president was left to address RECCE company :) - you know a whole battalion accompany him.
Uhuru has to realize that he is becoming equal to Raila in the eyes of GEMA - an enemy.

And when you're an enemy - people look for the person you hate the most - and show him love - as way to get back at you.

It's like Kalenjin with Raila. Naturally they don't like Raila - but the more they thought about it - nothing would punish Kibaki more than Raila.
Otherwise Kalonzo was their guy - because Kalonzo had their demanour - cool, collected and calm - while Raila is reckless, loud and obxonoius - anthesis of what Kalenjin consider to be a real man.

Anyway Uhuru is very smart - he will drop Raila like hot coal. The people have spoken.

At this point have concluded and finally agree with Nowayhaha that Raila is the single rallying thing in mt. Kenya it does not matter how he rebrands and is marketed, just jana I learnt kumbe Kimunya and some statehouse official are strongly opposed to babas presidency and contributed clandestinely to ensure Mzito Ruto shines at bomas. Meanwhile according to Robina, all GEMA officials and politicians are working burning mid night oil to deliver state house to baba :)

9 months to polls. Ruto spent 10 million for this mobilization. The good thing kikuyu youth are eating big time. They will be like western on 2022. If you are in Central and you do not make at least 10k from this you are not hungry enough.

Today it's in Mathira where Uhuru was treated like he had covid-19 or leprosy - social distancing.

GEMA for now are the king makers - it's where the game will be played. Then Luhya-Ukambani-Coast. Otherwise Kalenjin-Luo are pretty solid.

The tour in mathira-karatina - Robina is checking from guest mode. Hustler Nation hapana mchezo. Uhuru has to spend billions if he want dick-measuring contest with Ruto...and for what end.
