Hehehe....I don't know the chances either way of that.  But I am thinking, this particular announcement, while inconsequential legally in Kenya, he might still want to use it to buttress some argument at the ICC.  I am just not sure what.

They are hoodwinking the public. Ouru has always milked the ICC maneno's for political purposes and he is at it again. Always follow the money-this maybe a scheme to steal billions of money from the government coffers.  The truth will eventually come out.

Its definately meant for RV's to believe that okuyus will hand power over to them in 2022. But there must be some  monetary angle to it. Okuyu mafia never does things without a current monetary gain. While people are focusing on the political angle they are probably looting billions.
