Why this hate now should have been starting even in 2016.But No you didn't have a problem with Uhurus re-election and handshake. If Uhuru and Jubilee has failed (and it has failed - by it's own Agenda 4) - then Uhuru, Raila, Matiangi and those characters in charge have failed.
