apsaret MP Oscar Sudi has presented himself at Langas Police Station in Eldoret.

This comes a day after police camped at his home in bid to arrest him over alleged hate speech and incitement.

Sudi took to Facebook on Sunday to post, "As a law abiding citizen I have presented myself at Langas Police Station early this morning even before the officers arrive."

" It was unnecessary to be treated with a lot of drama by sending contingent of police officers to my home. I was away the time police arrived at my place. Thank you all for standing with me."

Sudi was accompanied by MPs Didmus Barasa, Caleb Kostany, Cornelius Serem, Governor Stephen Sang and Uasin Gishu Woman Representative Gladys Shollei.

Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi was arrested on Sunday morning after presenting himself at Langas police station.

He will be flown to Nairobi and presented at the National Cohesion and Integration (NCIC).

He faces hate speech and incitement charges.

Sudi was whisked away to the Eldoret Airstrip and will be flown to Nairobi.

"We would like to confirm that Sudi presented himself and is in safe custody of the police. He will be flown to the NCIC in Nairobi," his lawyer and Uasin Gishu Woman Representative Gladys Shollei said.

She said Sudi was in safe hands and urged residents to remain calm as the law takes its course.

"He was not on the run and neither was he summoned. He walked into the station on his own," Shollei said.

Sudi had earlier taken to Facebook to post, "As a law abiding citizen I have presented myself at Langas Police Station early this morning even before the officers arrive."

NCIC are nutjobs if they are getting used to prosecute free speech. This should be left to Kinoti and his compromised DCI. In any case it waste of time - because they cannot win such  a case even in a Kangaroo court. Maybe it suppose to be detterent to cool things down....

I believe there is Matiangis hand in all this .They are running Kenya as a personal Kiosk .
They dont know the Sudis , he will drag them to his level playing ground and beat them in it .
Next they will request Uhuru also to present himself to NCIC  .
