And it disappeared into budgetary support...Now if it was Chinese we would see infrastructure.But the western creditors ensares us with debt without the hardwork of chinese project implementation and will still bad mouth China.Africa has only seen development under China the last two decades....Otherwise western model doesn't work...don't give mwafrika money..they will loot...give them projects and do it yourself...give them 10% to loot.There is mhindi I know from trucking business...he knows African drivers must steal fuel..so he added each extra fuel specifically to be stolen...coz they only feel satisfied when they steal...adding them money wont work.
