The maasais here are waking up to mburoti invasion by kikuyus. Seems these are SGR plots buyers who thought they were going to paradise not knowing it is a masai jungle.  Also likely the covid devastation rural exodus starting to have an impact.

Governor Nyoro and his county officials were thoroughly whipped by the ndawuos nyaunyos only after Kajiado Governor ole lenku intervened did peace return. The Kiambu delegation had to literally run for their lifes.
I agree after what has happened to masaai land in kajiado being broken into 50 by 100 plots, the masaai wouldn't tolerate this again, I have seen Kikuyus are now venturing into kamba land kangundo, Tala, machakos, matuu etc and the environs for more 50 by 100. This really need to stop Kambas have harbored hate for kikuyus for many years  and its just a ticking time bomb.

The maa have no option but to bite the bitter truth that their empire is over. Such Kikuyus in Ndeiya will easily resort to Mungiki and kayole gangs once they internalize that police are no defence in such jungles. They do not seem ready to abandon those plots. A land thug like Waititu won't take such nonsense.

Nairobi ought to expand towards Ukambani. Kambas are more than willing to have those empty affrdable lands have some life - Building a house in Kiambu is just too expensive. This was part of the thinking into Konza City development. We need a crazy president to disinvest the government from Nairobi- take most centralized functions to Isiolo Resort City.  These areas have land for futuristic cities with infrastructure for next 100+ years.

I support Isiolo move.

But if Uhuru is not careful - these practise matches - will boomerang in 2022 - sending him back to ICC.

Kenya has youth bulge problem - probably there are 10 million unemployed youths.

Kenya police are useless. Maybe the military will save us.

Capital should be moved to isiolo to decongest and stop the mad rush for 50 by 100 plots around Nairobi. At times I feel for Kikuyus really if their resilience is putting their interests and lifes at stake its better to remain just poor and have peace of mind and body

Why not Nakuru?  It seems more central in the sense of easier access by most major tribes.  Isiolo is offside and most Kenyans have never set foot there.

Nakuru has so many issues starting from sitting on a faultline. Isiolo is the geographic center. I believe in the future the northern kenya may see population increase. There is also almost enough free land. Nairobi is going to finish our little arable land - as you can expect Kiambu, Muranga and even Nyeri, Kirinyanga to be urbanized.

Like I said it requires a CRAZY president given the president is the cartel/deep state in Africa. Say Ruto - instead of fighting over an acre of Weston he can take hundred acres at a song in Isiolo.

Mwafrika needs to get out of the comfort zone - mzungu when starting off Nairobi it was a swampy shit. By solving water problem in Isiolo we would have began the rise from our shithole status. I liked Hassan Omar dismissal of constant Murang'a constant cry about Nairobi water by him indicating that we have technology to desalinate sea water.

The lesson from SGR is that with president goodwill and him getting his cut anything is possible even a spanking administrative city within 5-10 years. 200+ Chinese billions for infrastructure will give  Isiolo the capital city boost.

Kikuyus elites and those with some land around Nairobi will obviously bring the nonsense we are seeing with Revenue sharing basis. They want to sell plots at crazy prices to their fellows.

Covid also offers an economic rationale for the resort city where old pensioners instead of dying lonely in cold care homes, they can bring the Euros and Dollars and enjoy the warm weather.  This Covid is clearly showing need for a full diversified economy with wildlife based tourism totally dead.
