Economy headed for Depression
« on: June 04, 2020, 10:41:10 PM »
Just listened to an economist on NPR explain. We have 40 million unemployed Americans. Even if we reopen the economy now, there is no demand. The consumer is scared and is saving and make decisions not spend. The "welfare money" is not stimulus. There is nothing to stimulate. Right now all the fed reserve is doing is trying to keep eveyone alive at barely minimum.

Bottom-line is that we are screwed big time. Corporate America is just using the money Fed is printing and just playing the stock market Casino. Akina Musk have realized that they been swimming naked for too long and their tiny penis will be exposed in matter of months

Mix George Floyd riots, election year with Corona and you have a Depression on steroids. First thing people need to do is to laugh out loud for being conned so bad with this corona thing. Like those street smarties asking cucu to give all her money then they will multiply it with abracadabra when she closes her eyes. WHO, Anthony Fauci and CDC are long gone with your economy while you sit here with your eyes closed hoping for a corona miracle.

Funika tu macho uendelee kungoja economic upturn.

Good thing with being in America is that FED will print and dish out the dollars. The global deflation means US buys others labour, inputs, oil at a song. It is the greatest economic crime!!

Did I hear Orangeman touting some good economic news, low unemployment etc and the dollar is doing well, how the hell is this possible with all what is going on? Did Orangeman make a pact with the devil or what? Or is he just a genius, smarter than all others before him?

Trump is going nowhere as long as his competitor is dementia old man being pushed by Obama. Unless Biden drops dead maybe then they can have Michelle Obama ride on the BLM hysteria.

Trump is gone. However, the world economy is dead too. US will print every economy into a deflation spiral. It is going to be tough 10 more years. Meanwhile the issues that have gone unaddressed for the last 4 decades. all social programs will go burst and state and local govt pensions will go burst too leaving a lot of pensioners with no money. America Baby boomers will just even kill demand more. They won't be buying those once in a lifetimes end of life purchases, boats, condos etc.

In Asia, after 30 years of exploitation their population will age so much that the pyramid will just collapse

Because all the 3.3 trillion will end up in the market..banks just doled and since there is no demand the money is going into the casino...banks are deferring new home purchases mortgages for 6 months ..the banks want jsut to make the sale exectuives get their bonus and then the resulting forecloaures and meltdown get passed to feds..
