I am not sure why they are fighting over Jubilee - unless there was possibility of UhuRuto happening again. They need to leave Uhuru to Jubilee and move en-masse to a new party. We have exactly two years to 2022. There is is COVID-19 that has basically slashed any development budget this year...so this gov is already crippled. It will soon even struggle to pay salaries and pensions..leave alone debts. So Ruto need to go full speed on this....and pray there is even a constitutional referendum...so he knows just how bad this is...and he can approach 2022 knowing what is possible and impossible. He is no longer the front-runner. That position has switched to Raila as of today. Uhuru has also weaken himself and now depend on Raila goodwill to survive.
