Registrar of Parties ignores Ruto's complaints in Jubilee leadership changes

Msee should move on and take up a new party. Jubilee has its owners and it seems he is not one of them.

Kositany is being naive. When was there ever fairness in Kenyan politics? Same fellows never fought for free and fair elections and were busy cheering IEBC when manipulating election results that favoured them. Now they are crying out for fairness. Wembe ni ule ule.

I think it's worth taking registar to the court...but Jubilee is dead as dodo...because Uhuru will never call any meetings or elections.

Jubilee-Kenya

There is no way of suing the Political Parties Registrar without Jubilee combatants throwing kitchen sinks at each other. For Ruto group would be arguing that the Registrar relied on "Fake documentation" to effect Change of Officials. And it would be their burden to prove that fake/false documents allegations. Indeed knowingly and deliberately filing false/fake documents in any government office is a crime. Maybe they first start by reporting to the DCI for investigation? Itumbi has been tweeting about "fake minutes/resolutions", maybe start there and ask whether those are actually what was presented to the Registrar and whether they are actually fake...

It's a no-win situation for Ruto Team. For DCI may certainly then accuse the complainant of being "accomplice!' Happens all the time....

The court is a good time waster. Time is Ruto's best alley now. Ruto needs to buy time to make Uhuru lame-duck - and to make BBI or any constitution changes time-out. Uhuru technically has exactly 2yrs to govern. If we give Corona the next year and election 2022 - time doesn't look that bad.

Right now top priority is to make sure the constitution is not amended...

I don't it's in Ruto interest to fight Uhuru directly unless Uhuru was to fight him directly.

Dribble the ball, Run the Clock...Ruto doesn't need to do anything else.

To the public, Uhuru/Murathe/Kamanda/Atwoli, are looking evil, destroying the tent from the inside.

Murathe has suggested that they can leave the party...let them leave, and be at the behest of Raila in the new coalition...let's see how many will leave to follow Uhuru to Rao managed deal.

Look like it not all over for Jubilee. And both Uhuru & Ruto have equal powers to summon NEC and party meetings. I think out of respect for Uhuru - Ruto has not exercised any of his powers.

What gives junior officials like Tuju and Murathe guts to take on an elected national leader baffles me. Ruto was not appointed by anybody he came to his position by virtue of bringing in about 40% of all jubilee votes. If these are the kinds of foolish machinations Wanjohi is using to malign Ruto then they will fail miserably as hustler will gain more sympathetic votes. Tuju doesn't give even a single vote  brought to jubilee and now want to hawk the party, they will all pay up!

Stop feigning ignorance. Parties are not run by the owners but by surrogates on behalf of owners. Do you see raila managing ODM. However, his wish is the law in ODM.

If Uhuru isn't doing this internationally - then he is moron. Uhuru and Ruto became PORK because many saw their ICC debacles as unfair. They were being dropped under the bus by Raila and Kibaki. And that sympathy made them PORK and DPORK. Everyone see Ruto as having been loyal and respectful to Uhuru - and Uhuru betrayal is hard to stomach for many.

Ruto has to guard against giving Uhuru or his cabal the excuse to say Ruto is disrespectful or deserves what he is getting. He has to play the loyal card - and has to literally turn the cheek.

The corruption allegation etc like everything Uhuru touches didn't quite stick because FINISHING is everything. You need to start and finish. But Uhuru is starting allegations and jumping to another before he concludes like his big 4.And worse he is being guided by Matiangis - kibichos - with zero political experiences.

Anyway I think Uhuru when he figures out - things are elephant will cut a deal - and throw everyone under the bus - for Ruto to crush them.
