How is this supposed to work. If you lend me $10K right now. I would just hoard it hoping to be able to pay my mortgage and buy steaks once in a while. I know the world is in shit and so all I need is food, women and shelter. Why would I commit to paying the fed this money. Why would a company not use this money to just pad their balance sheet and play games with employees. Further more those employees are at home and no longer the companies number one focus
