Garliv that's true. Your first case was a week ago - so 14 days incubation is next week when the outbreak will become apparent. But I don't expect mzungu crazy numbers of 000's dead. Maybe the hunger situation will exacerbate things - poor folks will pick corona over starvation. Kagame is feeding folks door to door - can Uhuru manage?

He has global support. Chinese have to take responsibility for this.

China has to start behaving like a rich country - take responsibility.
china isn't a rich country. A country with a GDP per capita of $9-10k isn't rich. It's $3t forex reserves just amounts to about $2500 per citizen.  china rise to prominence is purely driven by population not an increase in economic productivity.
