Can't keep up I can only sympathize. There are multiple stages but it starts with hyperactivity and denial. Dementia seems to set on early even in 50s.

Senior bachelor sinking in child support and alcohol. Mental illness can be hard to detect especially for the solitary kind that only let out online.

My health is intact. I run 6 miles yesterday and played basketball pickup game with Teenagers for 30 minutes. So my virility is at all time high

I give so called civilization itself 65 years with global climate change, overpopulation, resource depletion, uncontrolled pollution and ecocide.

Civilization is nothing but western imperialist hubris, it will be brought to its knees soon, because it is wildly unsustainable and wasteful. The much derided traditional living arrangements of primitive tribes like the Maasais will be the only thing we have to fall back on. Maasai herders need to adopt the Savory grazing management system and they will be the most wealthy and healthy people in Kenya.

Either we breakout into Mars, other galaxies (postmodern) or implode back to stone-age (pre-history). The Maa situation is 1920 stuff not really that ancient.
