Our local economist here on this forum, Pundit will have to wriggle himself out of this. Parliamnet with its naive members appoved a budget with a deficit of Sh635 billion.
I always say MPs mandate is to check on the Executive and not getting involved with matters like CDF. Guys had no idea what bill they passed through parliament.

As a lower middle income country we should borrow upto 70%...we are around 60B..still another 10b buffer...next year the economy will have grown to nearly 110B..
