Not surprising. Like I said, this is only an empty, short-term victory: when Uhuru is not in office, it will not be allowed to stand. So why continue? Kenyatta narcissism.

Curiously two judges refuse to hear it.Kenyattas intimidation machine.One judge dissented.Let see how it goes in appeal court
