Japan is a natural partner they been parking their pension funds in these type of arrangement to be able to cater for their aged population. On my way out of Kenya I happened to be un the same seat at us embassy with a Chinese with Japanese bloodline ..a 21 year old engineer who had worked at geothermal plant in naivasha for a while and was using her savings to migrate to Kansas to pursue a degree in business. She was amazed that i had never held a job ..yap we just create opportunities for these guys and brag about it online

Umesema. I am still surprised at people like Pundit who sing praises at a country like Kenya which almost 55 years at independence still is not in a position to have its own people to build 1 km or railway line. Even to repair the ols railway line built over 120 years ago will require foreign help. Why do we not start using the NYS for the first 1 km and see what will come out it? Today even building a wall unit one in Kenya one has to get some Chinese contractor. It is as if before these people turned up in Kenya 25 years ago we built nothing.

Why is gov going slow in the matter of capsized car?

Or is it a way of conveying to the lenders that the bridge is highly viable and required asap?
