DRC Congo you'll need to use train - DRC is so huge - and forest so big - it cheaper if you drive all the way to Kenya to Ethiopia to Sudan(Khartoum) - go to Chad - and then drive to west-africa

Seems like Pundit can't miss a change to sell "kenya"    You can drive 100 hrs on West Coast line though Angola, DRC, Congo, Gabon and Cameroon for 7000 km. Friends from Boston have done the route on Bikes from JoBurg to Lagos.
