Linturi is the gold digger in this one. Well connected thug. I hope Keitany has forged any docs especially the divorce petition of Linturi vs 3rd wife. The cross-examination of Keitany and Linturi's rebuttal evidence in chief. Linturi's counter claim is that Keitany is herself married to another man so the alleged marriage to him is itself a fraud. Telenova brewed in Meero.

I'm wondering on the necessity of these wamajuu details. How do they help her prove her marriage or anything? I think she was instructed to include that by Ruto perhaps to prove to Uhuru he is loyal; he saved Wamajuu from certain impeachment. Was it not around the same time he accused her of catwalking?

Keitany is another Waiguru in her own self's right. She was flipping loot for Ruto with Farook and slicing fees. Now that she's suspended over sleaze I wonder who misled her to stone other people's houses. She will wind up wanted like Gichuru and Okemo. She's the pot - Linturi the freeloader is merely a kettle.

The kind of money being thrown around should attract DCI, DPP and KRA in a functioning country.

It is good that you are now admitting, that Kenya under the Jubilee duo is not a functioning country.

You are right - this Keitany lady is stoning a beehive. Once NIS stop snoozing - she will be wanted in the Jersey or Cayman where the loot snaked around. The Gichuru case - he beat ex-wife in divorce case - but she spilt all his beans. Soon the DPP was applying for extradition orders. Only the impunity and Judasism in Kenya has kept Gichuru outside the bars - todate he can't travel to a western country.

Keitany might win this small battle and open the Pandora hell. She needs to let the uncultured Linturi keep that Runda house. Afterall it's in his name.

From the little I know of this case, I agree.  Shameless.

There need be flexible options for divorce without these court dramas. People bring all the humiliating and embarrassing shit to convince the aloof judges saying it is in the interest of family, kids. You have to wipe the floor with your spouse to be granted divorce - total madness.

Yes the divorce should be granted bila drama. The sharing of wealth & responsibilities is where drama is inevitable.

Kenya still has the guilty principal by divorce. One has to prove that the partner is at fault. Why not change the laws to make divorce more simple and quiet? The kids are traumatised and even after washing the dirty linen in public the former partners may never even reconcile. Let couples who agree to go apart even have the same lawyer to represent them in court. Would save mone and time. No need of these dramas like in the Tuju case.

Watching the Kitany cross- examination by Linturi lawyer ... it easy to tell this Linturi lawyer is much better than the pompous loudmouth Kitany lawyer Danstan Omari. It seems in the past she recorded all kinds of statements about her marriage contradictory to her present litigation. When she ran to high court to block Linturi from evicting her from Runda house last year - and the court papers say he had refused to traditionally, legally or sexually consummate the marriage. She also has forged/fake divorce petition of Linturi vs 3rd wife - which registrar has shown the petition file in the registry is a different couple's divorce. She has no explanation and flatly refuses to discuss how as a mere civil servant she could afford to contribute the millions she claims for the buy & build of the properties. This makes her story look really fishy. One would expect her lawyer Omari to have prepped her on these contradictions - and blunt them by asking for her cogent narrative during her testimony in chief. Instead she and the lawyer seem baffled by her own past court documents. Omari is such an empty suit.

Ro, you sound like a lawyer... they would have had several meetings before the trial. ie brief of evidence, summary case etc. divorce is a big deal for the courts. Lots of sacred precedence... my advice is not to marry.

vooke I mean Linturi lawyer Muthomi Thiankolu is a flawless slippery fish - she pins down the poor lady on the contradictions so bad - she kept mercifully glancing at Omari to no avail. The idiot had few objections. One of the most bareknuckle punches was a letter of guest invitation to the couple's engagement 3 months after the marriage had been solemnized. :o "Marianne, which one comes first - engagement or marriage?" This Thiankoru man is good - when she wanted adjournment to mourn Linturi's dad - the lawyer opined the old man was shocked to death to hear a woman from the faraway had built his house. Which is unconscionable in Meru tradition.
