Where was in btw 2013 and 2017 when Ruto started early Uhuru relection campaign.Ruto has not stopped campaigning since 2005 when big office ambition got into him after becoming kalenjin kingpin that year referendum.Raila in 2009 was complaining about Ruto campaign while he was Min of Agriculture.Ruto will not stop campaigning until he is Pork.He simply cannot because he is a go getter who stops at nothing until he achieve his objective.If you objectively study the trips Ruto has made in last 15yrs...there is no much difference.The same intensity..the same chopper rides..the same Criss crossing the country.Only Moi can rival Ruto for that kind of  energy and commitment to people driven leadership'.
