The allegations by dpp as confirmed by dci kinoti
Italian comapny paid 10 percent as advance payment ..total payment 6 billion
4 billion wired to London and then wired back to westlands and later withdrawn from there
Italian company doesn't commence work because they didn't receive the money

Design plans used to get the money were of of a different dam and not the 2 dams

Around that time is when raids were commence and 320 million was recovered in Barclays ruiru and other homes around Nairobi

Demonetization is part of the game.

Military intelligence is on it and this may the last loot ruto engages in.

Looks like the hustler likes to deal with raw cash.  Interesting.

He is in a hurry. Saitoti had money hurried in house for his 2013 campaigns. Ruto is in a hurry to beat kenyattas in wealth. The problem is that he inherited a economy that was just getting out of icu. Every stealing opportunity has its time. We are made to believe that It is okay to skim off the cream even when there is no cream.

Ndii does a good job of documenting where these economic crimes against humanity

What uhuru and ruto has done to Kenyan economy is pure evil. Serious negligence and lack of self respect. They have really stopped lower than i thought they would. They make abacha seem like a saint.
Right now Uhuru is being dragged by west screaming and hollering to drastically stop this looting. It has taken over 4 months to convince him to fire his boys at Treasury

No knock at Ruto's door. Our Muoga in Chief residing at SH cannot take that step. The guy from the Lake would have been more courageous on this issue.
See also the charges leveled at the Trasury and KVDA mafia are more technical. What happened to the 4.2B Ksh transferred to Kenya and collected in cash at Barclays Bank, Westlands is not an issue here. Word has it the cash was transported in gunias to their master in Karen.

If I were Ruto I would not sleep easy just because Ouru is muoga. Waoga are more dangerous especially when they are pushed into a corner and have to prove that they are not waoga. He may just let it rip.
