Why are you surprised? The second term always brings out the true colours of a president. One cannot hide behind PR as people expect results and one cannot place blame on the previous regime.
Uhuru was an imcompetent leader from day one. He is driven by personal interests of his family and his close buddies. He will pay a big price for it as after 2023 nobody will want to be associated with him.

Those are solid achievements for senile Babu. BBI is a bonus. This referendum story is a real fight coming. Ruto best bet is to block it in Parliament.
