BTW can Kenyans abroad get automobile tax exemption..I want to buy a double cabin in Dubai and ship it..

Yes you can get it. You only have to prove that you drive the equivalent where you reside. Get details from KRA before shipping.

It's 0.5% for both... 5k max. I think Housing and Manufacturing have been allocated very little amounts being part of the Big Four.
