That is exactly Ruto's problem.  You do not have to say his name when you talk corruption.  All one has to say is "where did you get the money to buy those hotels, helicopters, build those huge houses, fleets of expensive cars, buy all those politicians and give so much money at harambee's" and people know who you are talking about.  How do you expect someone who is the very personification of corruption to be presented as the presidential candidate of the ruling party at a time when corruption also happens to be the National enemy numero uno.

The title of the video is misleading.  Mutua's rants on the other hand, nothing new.  Wasn't he involved in some serious scam in his county a while back?  Everybody is now apparently fighting corruption in Kenya.  I would not be surprised to see a Waiguru rant against the vice.
