Even in the face of crisis the two thugs have run quite a tight ship. After groping wildly on the shape of the cabinet the media is on the list of parliamentary committee chairs indicating that the duo are dictating terms.

Melly looks good for Education though Sabina had learnt the ropes in the tricky important Ministry. These two are critical given the pillars of Uhuru legacy are universal health and free secondary school.

It would have been cold justice to have Shollei on Justice with JSC coming to beg her for budgetary allocations.
