They should charge him with treason - and given that is capital offence - the police can hold him for 14 days as they engage in more investigations. This will help cool him down so hopefully he can come back to his sense though I noticed he went mad long time ago. But more importantly this is a detterent measure so people don't casually imagine stuff like swearing in gov or seceding are child walk.

For reference ask Spain and the Catalonia how that is going on in the very developed Europe. Maybe Bryan can also help check for us the status of Northern Ireland?

Uhuru first task in power is to make NASA realize electioneering is over and he is duly elected PORK. He need to come down really hard on the nonsense that has been going on for far too long. There is really no other way - nip the nonsense in the bud.

Law and order arguments does not work very well in a land of impunity. Kenyans know that ouruto are criminals who should all be in jail serving life sentences and therefore they cannot even begin to talk law and order to anybody. When you go to Moi for advise, this is the kind of advise you get.  This is now beyond law, this is politics and Ndii is a political detainee. Ouruto will lose this case either in court or in political arena. Its downhill for them from now on.

They are not out to win but to intimidate.

They harassed Mwende and you can bet that hurt like hell.

The charges are frivolous; incitement based on an interview weeks ago

Ndii and the wife having worked with these criminals know that they will not give him a lollipop. It is going to get darker for anybody on Ruto's 2022 plan. He doesn't care the size of the hole he digs whether it is outside his doorstep. Only a naive person is surprised of the extent they will be digging.

They were planning to eliminate the guy, but witnesses forced them to come up with a cover story.  Hence the flimsy allegations of incitement.

Very frivolous, I thought they were going for treason.  Ndii is a very smart guy and I do not think they can ever catch him on treason.  Moi used to have judges and persecutors to push for those kinds of tramped up charges. They probably tried treason but somebody saved them from the embarrassment. I really do not know what they have achieved because both Ndii and Mwende are not the kind of people you intimidate by these kinds of old and crude methods of Moi and Kenyattaa years.  They have instead hurt themselves more.

Let him try swearing Raila. That was warning shot. I doubt he'll try again. His clay feet are going to cave in - having your wife pleading for Uhuru kenyatta to spare your balls is not easy stuff. Raila knows what treason is - he spent 9yrs in Kamiti. And he was lucky because Jaramogi cried before Moi to save him - otherwise many poor 82 Airforce met the gallows!.Raila doesn't want Ida pleading to Uhuru kenyatta to spare his life. Therefore he is very disciplined but is looking for convenient fools like Dr Ndii. Why would he be elected Chief Organizer of dangerous stuff like treasonous swearing of Raila and secession. Even diehard Raila core don't want the position - and list has none of them - Ndii sijui Sinjenyi and other unknowns thrusted forward by Raila as Chief organizers of People Assembly:D :D :D How stupid can you be? Even Miguna Miguna will not take that position and ran back to Canada :) . Dr Ndii is a pitiful fool being taken advantage. Just imagine if this was position of real power :) . I hope he's know understand this is shiet is serious.

Obviously Kenyans want UhuRuto to stamp on nonsense very hard so we can go back to living our mundane lives and get back to nation or family building. Raila lost. Enough of that. Let focus on other things..until 2022..when he can stand against Ruto.

Ruto I doubt is as impatient as Uhuru. Ruto believes in war of attrition with his opponent and wearing them down....marathon wise. Uhuru simply has not time or patience for nonsense and will not hesistate to use his money or positon to extra-judicial sought stuff out. Uhuru is kid of privilege. He has no time for pain or patience. His entire life he wants something  - he gets it.

Ruto Knows he has to work harder and longer than the privelege or  entrenched competitors. Uhuru has never had to work for anything. He wants something he gets it. That is why when he doesn't get it - he bust into public tantrum. Uhuru has no qualms making the money works for him. He doesn't care about details. He has had top-notch professionals all his life working for him.

You really do not understand what's treasonous and whats not.  Massive electoral fraud is treasonable, defrauding the ministry of health causing death is treasonable, threatening the supreme Court justices to secure a favourable ruling is treasonable.  Being sworn in as a matter of public interest and protection of human rights is not.

The old dog from Sacho, moi tried by arresting and torturing David Ndii at Nyayo house but the man never cracked.  Dr. Ndii affinity to justice, fairness and loyalty to the cause is second to none.

I am a little worried for Dr. Ndii because he is one of a very few people in this world who will probably  not crack under torture  and they may therefore decide to eliminate him hoping that his death will not cause a huge public uproar because he  currently belongs to minority tribe called Kenyans.

Things are bad enough already. Why provoke chaos by arresting Ndii?

Ruto thinks he is running marathon against one person-namely Raila.  What he does not realize is that he is running against a movement with numerous members, some who are not even born yet. He cannot win this race. Nobody on this side is scared of Ouru and Ruto anymore.  He thought the movement would die when Ouru was sworn in but its getting stronger, now he thinks that if he charges Raila with treason then the movement will be over-it will only get stronger.  This is not Moi days when he had all the prosecutors and Judges wrapped around his fingers.  Ouru and Ruto do not decide whether someone is guilty of treason and they cannot intimidate all the judges to send Raila to the gallows.  NASA lawyers are very much aware of the facts required to establish each legal element of treason and the burden of proof is with the state. The country will literally come to a standstill politically and economically for that epic trial. We welcome it.

Kichwa Ruto understands beyond all the smoke screen is Raila busy remaking himself for 2022 and he knows his strongest opponent will be Raila. The rest dont understand. They imagine Raila is about to drop his ambition and retire. Therefore Ruto is not taking his balls off Raila.Ndii is a fool that gov machinery deals with as matter of routine.I have seen many fools who think Ruto is coming too hard on Raila and yet this war is Uhuru.Uhuru won pork in 02...he has tonnes of money and gema just needed to see viable coalituon. You cannot beat such combination easily. Raila knows he cannot beat Uhuru. This epic war is for 2022 and Raila is going to face his waterloo against arguably the most talented politician
