It probably took you five minutes to vote. I knew you win spin the hugely successful boycott as a "low voter turnout". This is more of a referendum on whether the Kenyan electorate has faith in Ouruto or not and the threshold is 50% of the electorate.
Look like turn out is low but who cares as this just validation.
