What does chiloba 3 weeks 'leave' mean

That he will be working from remote location?  Aga khan media is a joke...This is 2017 people can still rig elections from remote location. Secondly this Chiloba fool should be man enough to know Kenya pay him to run elections. The Ceo must be held accountable incase things go wrong. No one is going to pay you that kind of money to weave and duck from your responsibility. ..just fucking resign and let those who can run free, fair and credible elections take over.

IEBC must be broken and reconstituted before we can have a free and fair elections. Chiloba should have departed a long time ago when his departure would have meant something.

It means that the RIG is in, and that Chilobs will be supervising from afar.  Heck the poor sod may not even get back.  Holiday "accidents" happen all the time.  The chap may just eat a dodgy sausage and never come back.

Love of money is the root of all evil. How does a whole CEO go on a personal leave during prime time? who are Kenyans going to question If things go wrong?  Its like lionel Messi taking a personal leave during world cup..........how can this be acceptable?

am sure the rigging scheme is in motion and set on auto pilot. How can  a whole CEO deploy safety parachute ditch a whole Dreamliner full of innocent souls?  the CEO should be the last man out of the wreck......
