Debunking Babu-'Rogue' Judiciary Connections
« on: October 16, 2017, 07:51:55 AM »
Babu withdrew hoping to stop the elections courtesy of Babu v IEBC (2013) Judgement

Read relevant parts of  his withdrawal speech
Quote
28.   The implication of this provision is that upon our withdrawal, the election scheduled for the 26 October stands cancelled.

29.   Our withdrawal from the election requires the IEBC to cancel the election and to conduct fresh nominations

It's clear Babu fell for bad advise. But if Babu is so highly connected with #WakoraNetworks at the Judiciary, shouldn't he have foreseen Mativo eviscerating his plans?

How do conspiracy theorists spin this?

The election died when Odinga withdrew.  Mativo's ruling came after the event.  My reading of this is that Odinga caught wind of the ruling and decided to pull out asap.  In my view, i suspect Odinga was going to withdraw much later and got caught out.

In any case Mativo could not resurrect the election.

Had Odinga withdrawn after the ruling then his abandonment would have insignificant.  But seeing as he withdrew at a time when there were only two candidates (pre mativo) then his withdrawal effectively killed the election.  This is not hard to understand bwana...

Odinga is no idiot, had he been one, the electoral fraudsters would be sitting pretty "duly" elected by the the IEBC Election Bots.
