So Uhuru Wants to Amend the Constitution?
« on: September 27, 2017, 03:05:05 PM »
Uhuru needs an educated lawyer to advise him. I now believe Kipchumba Murkomen, Muturi and others really bought their degrees. I was surprised to learn that Njoki Ndung'u contrary to propaganda got a lower second almost landing a mere pass. Ahmednassir cheated his way to the bar:
Quote
shall not be called for second reading in either House within ninety days after the first reading of the Bill in that House; and
(d) shall have been passed by Parliament when each House of Parliament has passed the Bill, in both its second and third readings, by not less than two-thirds of all the members of that House.
... [the ICC case] will be tried in Europe, where due procedure and expertise prevail.; ... Second-guessing Ocampo and fantasizing ..has obviously become a national pastime.- NattyDread
