Demonstrate that the 2013 opinion is not binding and specifically the withdrawal or death of one candidate. Your have claimed (without backing) that incase Raila withdraws, then Uhuru would be sworn in but failed to answer how that would meet the 2013 opinion - incidentally pushed by the Attorney General.
