Then immediately shows his hand by recommending the same for Musalia Mudavadi and James Orengo because they showed us logs that IEBC themselves claimed were fake.  Given that Tobiko is hopelessly partisan, I think NASA should continue with the private prosecution.  Granted, he will probably take it over and terminate it; but at least it will be obvious(if it wasn't already) what he is all about.

What's the drill?  As soon as you are named in the investigation do you step aside?

By time NASA is through with leave to prosecute permission from chief magistrate - repeat elections will be done and dusted. This card won't work. Lots of hops before you can start private prosecution....
