Since the fibre landed much of it has been idle.

Things seem to be changing with the Safaricom Home Fibre connections and it will only get better.

Interesting - the capacity of fibre we have is finite - they have to keep adding more capacity.

I think "investors" were busy recovering their investment through selling megabytes at megadosh.  Others were just over-profiteering.
