NASA hao!  Clearly the DPP is dragging his feet, for you know who.  NASA should push forward and show the country how serious they are about electoral fraud.

DPP is Independent. You cannot order him around. Let NASA present evidence and if the DPP doesn't bit...go for private criminal prosecution. This is a step in right direction than trying to become the accuser, the prosecutor, the jury, the judge and hangman .

If this case is outcome of SCOK rulling then it's obviously dead on arrival because the judges found nobody guilty and didn't even order DPP to investigate anybody.

NASA should expend more energy in trying to campaign and prevent a arse whopping in 30 days - at least they should lose respectable so the wakora 4 can have a face come 27th. It would be embarrasing to annual an election only for the lose to be widen :D

There you go again blubbering and lying as usual.  Why do you find it important to lie like that.  I do not know what you mean by DPP being independent. Who is saying they are not independent. This is a letter giving them  notice of a pending private prosecution if they do not prosecute within 72 hours. They can either ignore it or respond to it. How does this letter undermine their independence.

I am glad you appreciate that DPP office is independent and cannot be ordered around. Go for private prosecution. Just note there is an elaborate procedure where you'll seek leave from magistrate court after proving DPP has failed to do his job...giving him 72 hours...sound unreasonable. First let him study SCOK case and order investigations. Then you'll have the legs to stand on.

I am not seeing contempt of court in there.  One or more of these douches is responsible for contumaciously disobeying a court order.

Citizens can always make demands to their institutions and that does not mean undermining the independence of those institutions. DPP office can always respond to NASA by telling them that they are in the process of putting together an investigation; or that they need time or that they will not prosecute.  Once the DPP office has responded then NASA can decide to wait or proceed with their private prosecution.

Who ordered him?

However Tobiko is a waste of space. He is under permanent orders from State House. Thieves and murderers go to Jubilee knowing once there Tobiko would not charge them. Some are in NASA after paying large amounts to ensure nolle prosequi

1. Chris Obure
2. Alred Mutua
3. Gideon Mung'aro
4. Onyonka (returned to NASA matter of blatant theft over)
5. Omingo Magara
6. Salim Mvurya
7. Khatib Mwashetani

Omollo, there's the regular citizens understanding of the word independent and then there's the jubilee's interpretation.  An institution is only independent when captured by jubilee.

It been a long time since Tobiko used the nolle prosequi. probably before 2010 constitution.Obviously he depends on investigative agencies - like the police - who have surrendered their independence to Uhuru.

The DPP has ordered investigations.
