I logged on to a public PC and when I typed Nipate ended up at choo.

I could not fail to notice LYING Energizer pontificating to fellow fools (with Njamlik saying Amen at every idiocy):

The idea that Uhuru is under temporary incumbency is fallacious. On 7/8/2017, Uhuru was BOTH a presidential candidate AND The President with full incumbency. On 8/8, a presidential election was held, Uhuru won, but the SC NULLIFIED and declared the result NULL AND VOID and ordered a fresh election. Technically therefore, NO PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION TOOK PLACE and the STATUS QUO as of 7/8 remained!!!

Article 134 which you read cockeyed defines temporary incumbency as follows:

(a) during the period commencing on the date of the first vote in a presidential election, and ending when the newly elected President assumes office;

That means in the interregnum between 8/8 and 17/10/2017, Uhuru remains FULL President until an election is held. The temporary incumbency will therefore only arise between 17/10/2017 and the date of the next inauguration. This is simple common sense, which you obviously lack.

If Ethiopia attacked Kenya today, you think Uhuru will stop giving commands and orders to the army? The constitution does not envisage such a vacuum, and a vacuum does not exist as of now.

The idiot has been reading and over-reading the minority decision but because starts to throw  down every time he tries to read the Majority decision, he has simply ignored it. The Supreme Court ruled:

An order is hereby issued directing the 1st Respondent to organize and conduct a fresh Presidential Election in strict conformity with the Constitution and the applicable election laws within 60 days of this determination under Article 140(3) of the Constitution.

What does Article 140(3) say:

(3) If the Supreme Court determines the election of the President- elect to be invalid, a fresh election shall be held within sixty days after the determination.

There are no qualifications.

I mean even a choo mon brain can read and understand this simple provision.

The problem is there is a large number of people over at choo who think LYING Energizer has a second brain cell and therefore better than them!

When people like Ruto, Ouru, RV Pundit and many other so called educated Africans talk about concepts such as freedoms or democracy then you realize how primitive and backwards we still are.  Democracy cannot thrive when you have educated Negros  glorify corruption, stealing elections, abusing and threatening judges who rule against them. Upimbi is the problem. Ouru has recently discovered the word "the will of the people" which he uses without shame to support his argument against the judges while his munions clap and cheer him on.

Their time is up. Historically they are living on borrowed or robbed time.

They would have to close schools, limit access to educate and like Pol Pot start with Year Zero to keep Kenyans at that stage.

The Resurgence of Tribalism after Multiparty politics can also be explained historically. It is a brief period which will come to an end either peacefully or otherwise. Institutions will re-emerge with a vengeance, visiting retribution on those that tried to subjugate them.

In Chile the institutions went back to the pre- Allende period (beyond the military intervention) deep in to the abuses that had taken place before the main abuses period. Guatemala is still digging up graves and accounting for all the dead.

The 60s cannot came back. Uhuru has to accept that we are in the 21st Century and can never go back to the period of his father.

One needs to have something to articulate. I saw PLO in Court very articulate. In the end all the judges could say was "you have been very clear". Orengo agreed that it was good poetry.
