Means he can now countenance a Raila presidency.

I know you guys are desperate for any validation but the idea of Raila presidency is that ridiculous! Jubilee just need 19 mps for absolute super majority. In senate - Jubilee is short of 3-5 senators. This re-run might give Uhuru the mandate he needs to effect far reaching constitutional changes if he desires.

Actually impeachment talk is a sign of creeping desperation in kamwana.  His confidence has taken a hit from the ruling and he is still recovering.

Even he surely knows if Raila wins, the jubilant simply wont have the same draw.  MPs from non-jubilant hard core areas would simply not go along.

Uhuru won in 2013& 2017 - and will win in re-run - Uhuru knows it - you know it - it doesn't take rocket science - all it takes is an excel with iebc registered votes- and as long as he has GEMA+Kalenjin - he is more than shoe in. He'd have to score near zero elsewhere to lose.

Impeachment is our political equivalent of Haka, but the tyranny obviously scares NASWA and they can't pretend otherwise

I know that he hasn't won in 2017; don't get into a fight with the facts.  He certainly won in 2013 an era when the standard was the end justifies the means.

RV Pundit-why is Ouru so stressed-out, issuing threats and boiling with anger or are those signs of withdrawal?  Si he should just be relaxed.

Why wouldn't he after his victory was quashed - for mistakes foreign to him. Why would he - when he has to dig deep to engage in campaigns - this will probably set him 20-30B. Why would he when economy has lost 100B. Why would he when IEBC will spend another 10B?

Uhuru is seething every day because like me election should be held tomorrow and we get done with it.

It doesn't take rocket science to know UhuRUto will win BIG.

He has a right to be pissed.  The right people to direct that anger at are IEBC.  By his own argument, he won, but they bungled his victory by making it unverifiable.  He shouldn't hate Raila, who is only a player.  He should hate the game.

Ouru is pissed off because he is used to stealing elections and getting away with it but this time he did not. That's NOT the kind of being pissed off you get a sympathetic ear for.

Right on point, like I said Uhuru will live to regret accepting low level intelligence rigging where you kill the IT custodian then proceed to rig through IT infrastructure. Now he has to look for money for another round of bribery. Hopefully Tony Blair and co. they will give him discount this time around. Impeachment talk is a sure sign of surrender

Uhuru lost in 2002 and conceded. It obvious Uhuru won 2017 and 2013. It obvious he will win again on 17th October. This is not rocket science. This is basic ethnic maths.

This is what happens when you listen to Murconmen and Baghdad bobs advice. steal election, kill few jaluos then its back to normal.....am sure they never saw maranga coming
now they are chocking over stolen presidency. The country is in a constitutional crisis, IEBC coup has failed and if the elections don't take off expect full blown civil war

Apples and oranges. Ouru lost 2002 and had no choice but to concede.  Raila did not loose 2007, 2013 and 2017. Say something new.

Uhuru did NOT win in 2013 and 2017. The court cases prove it. Had the court not relied on technicalities in 2013 the same verdict would have been reached as was this year.

Note that it is disingenuous to keep insisting on contradicting the court when for 5 years you have waved that court's decision on our heads.

The court didn't tell us Uhuru lost either. In 2013 he won. In 2017 I saying his win will again be validated on 17th. Bila shaka.

Jubilee is of the view that IEBC for all its failures never deserved invalidation. Explains why he's angry at SCOK and petitioners.
